Sandy Carpenter has been working as a consumer bankruptcy paralegal for 15 years and has a sharp eye for what is needed to ensure the consumer bankruptcy client has a smooth and stress-free encounter through a very stressful time.
As a paralegal who has spent her career focusing on consumer rights and responsibilities in the bankruptcy court, Sandy assists Chip Parker in document collection, case preparation, submission of documents, and client relations to ensure that the client is informed every step of the way.
In addition, her knowledge of State and Federal Bankruptcy Rules gives clients the confidence knowing that they are working with the most experienced team in Utah.
Sandy is the first and, as far as we can tell, the only paralegal in American history to have equity ownership in a law firm. Utah’s Supreme Court granted Blue Bee Bankruptcy Law a special allowance to transfer 10% of all outstanding shares to Sandy in recognition for her dedication to B3 Law and the clients she serves. B3 Law is proud to show our support of hard-working Americans everywhere by leading the way on an important issue like income fairness.
Sandy Carpenter began her career in Alabama in 2007 working different types of law, including bankruptcy, involuntary commitment, real estate, homeowners associations, wills, trusts, and estates, personal injury, and family law.
However, her focus since arriving in Utah in 2014 has been bankruptcy, and she feels helping people find their financial freedom is the most rewarding part of her career.
According to Chip Parker, “Over nearly three decades, I have had the privilege of working with extremely talented paralegals, and Sandy is one of the very best.”
